OUR LATEST NEWS & UPDATES
THE EMPOWERED TO THRIVE MISSION
Empowered To Thrive CIC was founded by Jo Gray, whose own lived experience and painful, transformative journey sparked a soul deep mission, to inspire, empower, and support others to break free from the cages that keep them feeling stuck, and to rediscover their true, authentic selves again.
Empowered To Thrive CIC is a community led and community focused mental health and wellbeing organisation. We hold space for people in the moments when life feels overwhelming or messy, when you feel completely lost or you’re craving space to just be, without judgment, without masks. A space to breathe, to feel seen, to reconnect with the version of you that’s been buried under the weight of it all, your authentic true self. No pressure. No expectations. Just a safe, welcoming space where you are accepted exactly as you are.
Are you ready to stop just surviving and start thriving?

We offer a wide range of indoor and outdoor events for both individuals and corporate organisations including women's empowerment workshops, healing & exploration retreats, public speaking, courses, teambuilding, resilience training, 1:1 and group coaching, community, fun, adventure and so much more!
OUR CORE VALUES
EMPOWERMENT
Helping people find their own power, voice, and path forward. We don’t fix people, we walk beside them until they feel whole again.
AUTHENTICITY
Creating spaces where people can be real, raw, & fully themselves. No mask or pressure. Just honesty, acceptance & others who "get it!" too.
INCLUSIVITY
Welcoming everyone, especially those feeling excluded, struggling with isolation or feeling alone and in need of positive connections.
CONNECTION
Building community through shared stories and peer support. Reminding people they are never alone.
COMPASSION
Meeting people exactly where they are.
Every offering is created with kindness, care, and understanding.
GROWTH
Supporting personal transformation from the inside out. Not just surviving, but truly thriving.
